Meet Our PartnersA nationwide educational initiative for the skills of the future and artificial intelligence. Our vision is to build the largest educational project in Poland, equipping young people in grades 7–8 of primary school and in secondary schools with practical knowledge of future skills.
Target audiences
The project exists to prepare primary and secondary school students for a world that will not hold still. Guided by research and by partners who have done this before, we focus on four key areas of future competence.
41% of teenagers in Poland discover new interests and skills through AI. We show how to work with artificial intelligence thoughtfully and creatively, so it becomes a partner in the work rather than a shortcut around it. We build the skills that matter: writing prompts, building projects in plain language, catching a model’s hallucinations, and keeping your own data safe.
46% of teenagers struggle with low self-esteem, and chronic stress and peer pressure quietly close doors for them. In an age of algorithms, human relationships become the most valuable skill of all. We teach self-belief, assertiveness and how to tell a story people want to hear, trading passive presence online for real contact, careful listening and genuine teamwork.
40.7% of young people never check whether a photo online is real, which is how fake news passes for truth. We show how to weigh facts, spot manipulation and understand algorithmic bias, working only from sources that hold up. We teach deliberate attention and the habit of connecting technology to what is happening in society, preparing young people for jobs that do not exist yet.
78% of teenagers are apprehensive about entering the job market. The potential is there; what is missing is nerve, agency and business know-how. We teach how to find a gap in the market and turn everyday problems into working products and services. And we show that modern business is above all social responsibility and a team that trusts itself enough to change things for the better.
Primary schools (grades 7–8) use workshops based on the authorized Google AI Quest program. Secondary schools (general and technical high schools) choose one of four workshops: the art of confident public speaking, Vibe Coding, business innovation, or critical thinking.
Free, high-quality video courses and interactive learning paths built with education partners. Every module ends with a knowledge test and an official certificate bearing the "Liderzy Jutra" logo and the logo of the content partner.
Inaugural conferences for about 300 secondary-school students, featuring speakers. Further conferences are being arranged.
